1. Intellectual Property and Course Content

• All course materials, including but not limited to explained scientific content, presentations, and recorded lectures, are the exclusive property of Finance Alpha Training Center.
• Sharing, distributing, copying, reproducing, or recording any part of the course content or recorded lectures with third parties is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from Finance Alpha Training Center.
• Any unauthorized use or distribution of these materials may result in legal liability.

 

2. Account Security and Access Restrictions

• Usernames and passwords issued to participants are strictly personal and must not be shared with any other individual.
• The use of a single account by multiple users, or suspicious activity detected through site analytics (e.g., access from multiple IP addresses or unusually high traffic), is strictly prohibited.
• If such unauthorized activity is detected, the account will be automatically suspended and will not be reactivated.
• Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any actions taken under their account.

 

3. Acknowledgement of Compliance

By creating an account and accessing course materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use. Violation of these terms may result in suspension of access without refund and potential legal action.
